  2. In a large pot, combine the rice with 1.5 cups of water for every cup of rice.

  3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

  4. Wait 5 minutes before serving.

  1. Wash golden sella basmati rice under cold water until the water is no longer cloudy.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the rice with 1.5 cups of water for every cup of rice.
